Retreat Location #1 Santa Fe, New Mexico Office and retreat space We offer sessions in our office and also small retreats for guests who would like to enjoy our healing arts and vacation in Santa Fe. Our Santa Fe house is located two blocks from the famous downtown area of Santa Fe. It's heated by a gas fireplace and electric baseboard heaters in the rest of the house as well as 4 fireplaces and a wood-fired pizza oven. It's a perfect home base for people who want to come and enjoy the sights of Santa Fe and the surrounding areas with Pueblos, hot springs and hiking. Wintertime offers skiing. Year round is great for painters, photographers, writers, gallery goers and people who love good restaurants. The opera, horse races, rodeo, balloon fest and Indian markets are just a few attractions. Please visit the New Mexico Department of Tourism for a full list of events and dates. Map |

House for rent and sale #1 Apache Creek, New Mexico Stone house with over 10 acres We have a large stone house on over 10 acres that is in amongst ponderosa pines between our mesa and the Tularosa River and is adjacent to our ranch. We have recently taken ownership of this house and are in the process of turning it into the first workshop space of our future retreat center. It's possible to sleep as many as six in the 3 bedrooms, though with one bathroom it's probably more comfortable for 3 or 4. There are two fireplaces; one gas, one wood. There is a sauna and a greenhouse that may or may not be planted when you come. The hot tub requires tending a fire for a few hours. Your closest neighbors are renters of ours, about 1/4 mile away, and our house, which is 1/2 mile away. We may or may not be there but our renters are always there. There is the small western town of Reserve 12 miles away, no fast food available. It's best to do food shopping in Albuquerque or Tucson, depending on the direction you are driving There is the Arizona town of Springerville about an hour and a half away. Otherwise, the Apache Creek gas station/convenience store is one mile away. For summertime visits there is a small organic farm and a raspberry farm near by. Nearest airport is Albuquerque 190 miles to the northeast. Tucson is 265 miles to the southwest. There are many day trips to see sites of the southwest. We are in the center of where the ancient Mollogon (pronounced Moo-gee-yon) indians lived. Farther north is the land of the famous Anasazi indians. We have petroglyphs on our mesa and there many more in the surrounding area. Pottery shards are easily found all over the area. The privacy on our ranch creates a beautiful place for a meditation or writing retreat or a family vacation for people who need time away 3from the city and can appreciate a little rustic living for a change.
