"What a joy to study and practice with Diana. She's perceptive, articulate and sensitive to the learning situation. I felt seen, understood - and challenged. She's terrific."

Natalie Goldberg, author of "Writing Down the Bones."

"I found my beliefs shifting through my session that I did with Diana [Razumny]. My belief was, I’m going to have to go to surgery. After the session I started entertaining the notion, the possibly that, through awareness, something could shift in the way I move my arm and maybe allow, even though it was a functional shift, maybe it was even going to allow some structural healing, which in fact it did."

Joan Borysenko, internationally renowned scientist and author
Author of “Minding the Body, Mending the Mind” and numerous other books.

The Rocky Mountain 2 training will be held at the Avalon Ballroom in Boulder. The staff have known each other and worked with each other in many settings over the last 2 decades. We work to present a consistent and safe environment for learning and stay connected to all our students throughout the 4-year process.

Training Content and Process

Feldenkrais trainings have been developing and growing their content and process over the last 20 years. We are proud to introduce new ideas and concepts in each training and would like to share with you the outline of the content of the 4 years, as well as some of the specific learning strategies and processes involved in the training.

Training Faculty and Staff

Our training faculty is exceptional in experience and skill. Our trainers have 15 years or more of experience in their practice and in training roles. Together, they have led
Feldenkrais professional training programs in some 10 countries. The training staff also includes Assistant trainers who have been selected for their human and professional qualities.

"Moshe once said many people were competent at what they did, but few did their passion. The work of the Feldenkrais Method offers people a chance to become more of who they are. And no one captures the essence of the Method better than Diana and Efrem. A student in their first Santa Fe training, I appreciated the Razumny's attention to detail. They provided transcripts and made recorded materials available. Their ability to interact and communicate with students was superb. They provided a great learning environment with lots of fun intertwined with the education. Not coincidentally, my dream to become a full-time writer took root in my Feldenkrais training. I found the exploration of the creative process embodied in the work. I discovered a space for my first novel Gift of the Jaguar. I am currently working on a second book. I still use recordings and transcripts from my training for an afternoon Awareness Through Movement lesson ... for a flexible body and a flexible mind ... with memories of wonderful friends and a fabulous training."
